The Story Behind Bird House

Bird House gathers many painterly ideas into a single whimsical scene. A large tree, filled with colourful rooms and shapes, becomes a container for imagination. At its base, a scribble-cut piece of map transforms into bushes, bringing energy and movement.

Above the tree stretches a band of patterned night sky, as if the stars are descending. The birds, perched and preparing to roost, complete the scene — a collage of home, story, and playful possibility.
